Positive encouragement and empowerment underpin our care service, enabling all our Residents to be fully involved in decision making and care planning that meets their individual needs, aspirations and abilities.
Our highly experienced staff team are dedicated to making your stay, whether it be for a short break or on a more permanent basis, as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We are here to help every Resident live life the way they want, with our care and support which involves a lot of love, compassion and laughter.
The moment you arrive at Woodlands Gate you will experience a warm welcome and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. Our spacious lounges and corridors give the home a light and airy feel, and a sun lounge with garden views is a special feature. The 20 Residents are accommodated over 18 single bedrooms, and 1 shared bedroom, all with washing facilities, and a large number with en-suites. All rooms are centrally heated and double-glazed. Although tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, Residents are actively encouraged to participate in the decoration and personalisation of their own bedroom with their choice of furniture and upholstery.
